great access to local parks and historical landmarks

the hotel is just a short drive from Lincoln Pioneer Village and Museum, making it easy to explore the rich history of the area, and while the breakfast wasn't anything special, it was nice to have a clean room after a long day of sightseeing in the city.

stayed a night, and my experience was just tragically comical. the breakfast staff were virtually mute and failed to restock the coffee, an absolute essential. and don’t even get me started on the pool—closed for no reason. would it hurt them to show a little more hospitality? I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t.

we stayed here for a family holiday and had a fantastic experience, much better than my previous stay in rockport. the room with two queen beds was clean and the added touch of nicely folded towels was appreciated. the breakfast offered plenty of options, including eggs, sausage, and delicious waffles.

Additionally, the pool was closed without a clear reason, which was a letdown for the kids. We encountered issues with room cleanliness as well. sheets had stains which detracted from our experience. The hallways also had an unpleasant odor and felt a bit muggy.

We had a fab time! The kids loved the cozy pool area, and the outdoor grill was perfect for our family cookout. Just a heads-up, the breakfast options could use a few more choices, but overall, we really enjoyed our stay! 😊

Family with children not thrilled but some highlights

The breakfast lady reminded me of my mom doing the best she could with the mess of food options, even if the bananas looked like they’d seen better days. One morning, we got to the breakfast area and she noticed we were being picky, she offered to whip up some eggs for us, which was unexpectedly nice.

This hotel is just a short drive from Holiday World, making it convenient for family fun. The room we stayed in was tidy, and my kids really enjoyed the breakfast options, especially the waffles. It was nice having Mum with us too.

Just a prime choice for a swift stopover in Rockport with excellent value for money. The room was clean and had a pleasant smell, which was a nice surprise. Grab a quick breakfast early to avoid running into stock issues.
